What is the biggest impact of abstaining from sex to developing a mindset that is useful? interesting question right now. I've been on the path for a while and I am also working out. So my testosterone is going through the roof and I'm finding obstacles that are difficult to get through become much easier as I have a laser focus and less distraction. So there's a beauty to it. There's also a discipline to it. There's also a component of loneliness that you start. to fill for yourself and there's a beauty in it. When you say less distraction, is there really less distraction or does it become something that you just... The two largest outputs of energy that our body do on a frequent basis when in a relationship are digestion and sex. And so, currently there's no sex in my life and currently there's no food in my life. I have a mental clarity and a delivery for people that I interact with on a client basis that they're recognizing very strong. So I've been doing that in the last two months. If you could give somebody the biggest impacts that you felt as far as mental clarity, what is the biggest difference from pre-fasting version of you and the post-fasting version of you? I ate three times a day and snacked once or twice to be healthy, felt like shit, slept like shit, showed up at a lesser version. Today's version is bold, blunt, authentic, and learning alignment as I put together my roadmap for my life, and I wake up in gratitude every single day. Literally, I woke up this morning, you had texted me, and I was like, Caleb texted me, and I actually thought about it, I was like, why am I so happy? And I was like, this is amazing, Caleb texted me, a couple of people that worked for me. text me, a dear friend texts me. He's like, bro, I missed your birthday. I love you. I owe you the best steak ever. I know you're not eating. So I have a rain check. And I was like, yes, you do. That's right. So that was the, that was the first three minutes of my day. Well, let me be clear. I woke up, did a few things around my house. And I, I, as soon as I get up, I turn my phone, send the time around for 10 minutes. That way, the first thing I do is not touch my phone. There's a very recent past where I get up every single day, 30 minutes later, nothing was accomplished. Things are done or things are not done. Things need done. And I was like that, that this thing's supposed to serve me. I'm serving it. I'm out. So I shifted the way that the phone interacts with me in that moment. What's your best advice for somebody who feels stuck in. life? Move, whatever it takes, go get a water, go get a water bottle, go drink a gallon of water. You'll have to get up in a few minutes to go. Whatever it takes, move, move your body, uh, move your body more. than you physically possibly can, push your limits, go do something that is active, uncomfortable, put, like, other day, I went to yoga class, I had no idea, the entire time, they're, just this lady, lady goes, about halfway through it, there were a bunch of men there, and it's not a normal yoga class, and about halfway through it, she said, okay, we're all done, and the ladies, like, looked at her, and I stood up, and I looked at the ladies who didn't move, and what she was doing is being graceful, and allowing the men to walk out of the class, realizing they walked into, like, a very fast movement pace, and I was like, man, I did it, I was proud of myself, it was an hour long, I lasted about 30-some minutes, the men walked out, she stepped out and said, do you guys understand what you just walked into, and I was like, I wanted to do yoga class, because moving my body was something that I hadn't done a lot of in the moment, and I've been driving my truck tens of hours across the country, and so, moving my. body took me totally out of a stuck place that day, and it also became an entertaining reference for about a month now. So, yeah, absolutely. When you start to move your body, all of a sudden the thoughts start to come. Right. Absolutely. Exercise brings into this place where you can actually start to think. And I like to almost tell people in the sense that our brains are radios. Right. How do you turn the radio on and start dialing the signal around to find out what you're actually trying to get? Because we get all kinds of thoughts all the time. How do you increase the thoughts? How do you get the right thoughts? And as you said, physical exercise is kind of one of those components to actually enhancing that part of our brain. Right. And some people, again, scientifically, they're saying, hey, there might be something to what this guy's saying. There might be some place of knowledge, this this muse of information that actually does come to all of us, which is why we can relate to things when people do actually take advantage of those thoughts. And sometimes you even think to yourself, oh, man, I wish I would have done that thing somebody else is now doing. How many times do you think that in a week or today? Me? Yeah, never. Exactly. None of my damn business. And why? I, I like I'm on my journey. I will take information and delineate it into my life. I will not subject myself to some. I don't want to wake up and be a Richard Branson and Tony Robbins. I want to be the best version of Tim Ruppel. So when I seek what someone else's path did, I take it. And if I go to a four-day seminar, I'm not like, I have 60 things to make me closer to them. Let's go. I say, what is the most likely thing for me to apply to my life for the rest of my life so that I can emulate a path, a portion, a fraction of what they've accomplished and created that complements my path? That's the way that I look at it. Honestly, I think that's one of the most dangerous, dying pieces of our society today is the fact that people aren't driven. I'm becoming obsessed with myself. I'm becoming obsessed with the best version of myself. I'm becoming obsessed with how it showed up and how I show up and how my words are coming out. So I'm sitting here like, I did this. It's accomplished. It's done. It's documented. It's in history now. It's on record. And then I reflect back on it and I'm like, and here's the thing, I'll never watch my own content. Never once. My content is none of my business. It is done and posted. What I do is I reflect in my head, is there something I could have worded better, shown up better, described better, expressed better, etc. And that's where I do the work. So I would say to answer your question, I think that people aren't motivated today. They aren't committed. They'll do whatever it takes to pop in and convene. And hop out under any level of pressure, any level of discomfort. And I think it's one of the saddest things, because on the other side of that discomfort and that misunderstanding in a lot of places is the is everything you ever wanted. And it is so freaking close. And I it breaks my heart that we're there because I meet some of the greatest humans on the planet. And there are things in their lives that are so close. And a situation from a decade ago impacts their lack of motivation, their lack of interest, their lack of follow through, their lack of everything. And society will never have the gift that they have inside of them. People often get stuck in the victim mentality where everything is happening to them as opposed to taking affirmative action and trying to control their lives. What piece of advice could you give somebody to maybe help them get out of that mentality and to see the world? It's a different place. Uh, and, and what ways have you grown in your past? Find ways to get over that by watching this today. You're alive. It's your responsibility and it's your duty to get over your fucking self. You need to go out there and do whatever it takes to get where you want to go. If you truly want to go there, if not stop lying to yourself and stop lying to everybody around you stating, I want to do this someday. Fuck you do it today. Set a path, set a course, set a date, go after it. There are so many gifts inside of you that people to your left and people to your right and people that may view your content someday are, are just, they're looking for that moment of hope, understanding that somebody went through hell and made it because that's where they're at. I find it a responsibility to step into the best version of myself today and to give every bit of myself to the camera, to, to everybody around me so that somebody at some point says that something I did. that I shared, a struggle that I had, was a reflection in their life, and it kept them. on this planet. That's inside of all of us. No matter who you are and what you do, step into that, lean into that, and go through that. Because every single moment that's been the worst of your life, you've made it through because you're here today watching this. You don't have an excuse. If you can get up and walk, somebody can't do that. If you can drive a car, somebody can't do that. If you go home, there are homeless people. There are people who have been homeless who became a billionaire, and now they're some of the world's largest philanthropists. The only excuse is between, the biggest battle you'll ever have is between you and the person. in the mirror. Go win. Fall in love with that person. Do some, have grace, create some space, fall in love with the motherfucker in the mirror, and change the fucking world. All right, yeah. Love yourself. Now, as you said there, narcissism isn't something. That we're talking about. We're saying. fall in love with the self, the who you are, the potential that you have, and actually understand the people around you deserve that. Politics can be an incredibly diversive subject in today's. world. Why do you think it affects people so much? And do you think it's something people should be caring so much about? I believe that people need to become way more educated with what's going on and way less educated with what they're hearing on the television. If there's an agenda that you signed up for and you're going to follow that around, okay, go find out who the person is. Go to a live thing. If not, don't talk about it. I believe that it's Christian Bale has something where he said, if you have a problem with me, text me. If you can't text me, you don't have a problem with me. You don't know me well enough. Nobody knows these people. I've spent time with Donald Trump. I've spent time with RFK. I've spent time with some of these human beings behind the scene. I've spent time in a room with Elon Musk. I've spent time in the room with some of the greatest humans. I spent days with Gary Brekka. These are wildly different political and people. They're all in a similar place where they have polarized. Stances on something in life What is out there and what is Bad on Google Is not the human being ever I've never found if somebody's hated I go Spend time with them if somebody's controversial I go spend time with them I want to learn who they are. I want to know exactly what the conversation is Behind the scenes because that's who They truly are not the blooper on Television like come on, So people need to become Highly educated around political Stances and then make a decision Stand on it walk away from it this is Where I stand period, Spending days weeks months and hours is Is a loss what inspires You to be the best version of you every day, I have a failed marriage in my life I have three children I don't want to let down I've been able to create. A good working relationship with my Ex-wife that's something that I still want to continue To improve the foundation on, And, I'd say that my children are one of my biggest Drivers and myself like I if Everything else Good, away and it's me, myself and I, if I have a shitty version or a great version or the version I'm pursuing, where do I want to be at? Who do I want to reflect back on? That's very important right there. Yourself, right? Yeah. As you said, you're stuck with yourself all the time. So if. you don't work on yourself, if you don't enjoy yourself, you're really not enjoying life truly, right? What advice would you give to parents who are having to navigate this future world with social media, AI and tech with their children? I listened to an author speak in and he explained the detriment and pain points of children getting on social medias and technology too soon and every parent should read that book. I don't remember the title or the author. We'll interject them here. It changed the way that I look at life. What kind of pressure were you facing. that made you change into the person you are right now? Two years ago, I got offered an incredible job opportunity to run a tech company and I jumped off the ground. ran around my house. In that moment, I also found myself in one of the deepest states of depression I'd been in in my entire life. I was offered the largest salary opportunity with the largest upside, and I was depressed. And I realized that the job and the opportunity and that choice could kill me because I was at 300 pounds and gaining weight because I was mentally. and physically exhausted because of my choices around nutrition. And I stepped back from it, made a decision to step into the health and wellness and the longevity space and the biohacking space because I knew that by proximity, my standards would rise to those I surround myself with and my habits would follow. It was mostly the recognition in that time between the money opportunity and the soul opportunity where I started to really choose just two years ago to. put myself first. And I'm still making that choice sometimes daily. Sometimes every other day, sometimes often, sometimes missed or mistaken. My heart is there now and it wasn't there recently. So I would say the pressure of the world and the opportunity of putting myself first was the result. What's it sound like when you need to change? What's that voice in your head? It became pretty dark when I realized the path that I was taking and the habits that. I'd made and how much work it would take to turn it around. So the voice inside of my head was, and it's interesting you say this and it's interesting to be here today with these, these experiences. So when you ask about the voice inside my head, I have to identify that. So up here is kind of how we operate. We're going to do something. It's, it's floating by. We grab stuff, right? Then we have our head. I'm thinking about how far should I walk down the beach? Then I have my heart saying it's beautiful on the beach. Then I have my gut saying, is it safe on the beach? Then I have my, my, my core energy. You know, this is a beautiful experience. We're grounding. We're recharging. I just came to that very recently where we have four or five brains. We have four or five functions. We have four or five different parts of our human body and being in spirit that we operate through. So the voice was a matter of where I was in my body and my being. My heart was saddened because of the choices I made. My head was trying to make up for it by overdoing it, overworking and being busy. That's a big point. So I was busy versus productive. There's an astronomic difference. I know people who I have 60 hours on my calendar work and I get everything done. Do you? Is that moving the needle? Are you happy? So to answer that question again, what was the voice like inside my head and what drove me to a point of change? I wasn't happy. And so in the decisions I make today, is there something I will be unhappy with? And if there is, I... it so that at the end of the day i can look myself in the mirror and say thank you for the day we just had and if thank you isn't the first thing out of my mouth then i take a lesson from it and i follow thank you right want the things we have don't have the things we want they say i think that's a nice reflection of that right you can't be grateful if you if you don't understand. the gravity of the things that you already are being able to you know withhold to yourself so and whether that just be something as a feeling right mentally or something physical right i think that's definitely a big point to bring up right there because for myself the one realization is that nobody can take away from my mental thoughts you don't have any luxury to jump in my brain and change the way i feel about things so if i think i'm pretty good at drawing guess what i'm pretty good at drawing and that's just a fact for me so if somebody says you're bad at drawing i really. don't care because i feel like i'm pretty good right, and that almost dumb thought right there is something, that has just been so impactful for myself and this ability not to live transactionally, but with purpose, as you said. So what is your driving purpose on your day to day? What gives you purpose in life? I love solving problems. I'm absolutely lit on fire when somebody's like, oh, my gosh, my business has this problem. My life has this problem. My relationship has this problem. Like, tell me about it. And being homeschooled, private school, public school, growing up in a religious house, becoming spiritual, finding my faith back in Christianity. At a young age, I had a friend commit suicide. And I basically was like, fuck God and fuck anything spiritual. And, you know, the world's a horrible place for a short period of time. And luckily, I had somebody come into my life to kind of say, hey, is that true? Like, no, damn it. And so it really allowed me to find myself opening the places that were locked in and, stepping back into it. What are your methods for solving problems? Building the most robust team out of the most. Unlikely characters that have a skill set that you rarely recognize. So I'll I'll find people to solve problems that they aren't good at. However, they have the heart or the interest or a track record of solving something similar. And we're able to overcome things and get through blockages that businesses or people or lives or relationships or countries or whatever have faced for a very long time. A lot of time are times are carry archaically documented or repeated things. It's time for them to die. So bringing in new blood is better than reviving the dead and going after something and beating a dead horse. So when clients give you catastrophic problems, what are some of the ways that you've solved those? We go to a simple contract agreement that will state some of the methods that I may go to. And in one that I solved a while ago, somebody expressed that they had an astronomic. Amount of money to solve a problem. And I came back. them and said, for the amount of about 20% of that, would that actually take place? And they said, absolutely, I'll pay X dollars. And so I had them sign a document saying that I can go source information wherever. I actually went to their biggest competitor and four other people in the industry, and I compiled a top-down what these people would do as a solution because they face similar things. This person was buried in their problem for three years, and in three months, it was 92, or 95 days. They were 100% out of it, and it was completely behind them. And they said that they would have paid me 10 times that money if they understood how. fast and how much of a relief it would be. And afterwards, he said, how did you do it? I said, well, you signed a paper that released me from any source. And I said, so I went to your competitors. He's like, not these guys, did you? And the beauty was the entire industry rose by over 10% annually just because when five people brought to me the solution, the solution. We created one document. One series of paperwork that was everything combined, and they were presented with the people that did not pay had a revised version of the outcome that came together with the five people in the industry. So for me, I think differently. I approach it differently. And a rising tide raises all ships. So the entire industry raised by their entire gross revenue by 10%. Like, that's amazing. So if not, one of the larger people in the industry would have failed. And, yeah. As you said, the epitome of knowing where to hit the hammer as opposed to just being able to hit a hammer, right? Yes, that is a great story. It's a big difference right there. So, yeah, you're kind of the representation of that in many ways, right? People can save their time, their money if they just actually have the right strategist in the right situation. So when it comes to industries, where do you find yourself? Everywhere. For me, it's more what is the problem? How can it be solved? Who needs to be involved? I've been in 25 different industries in 20 years. I've been able to be a part of in proximity to some of the neatest movements in manufacturing and in tech and in finance. And I just put myself in rooms and find myself in rooms and do what I can to add value and solve things. How do you keep yourself balanced? I don't. I'm all in. And then I take a break. What kind of advice would you give somebody listening to this right now on how they can become the person they need to be or want to be? Fine. That's an incredible question, and I'll break it down this way. Find somebody who has what you want. If you're looking for a phenomenal relationship, find somebody who's in a phenomenal relationship. So you're five years into your marriage. You're having a hiccup. Go find somebody 10, 25 years or 20 years in the marriage that have a phenomenal relationship and say, what did you do at these points? What was a breaking point where you said we're all in committing double down versus backing off of it? A lot of times people get advice from people whose shoes they wouldn't want to fit. Um, I have a friend who has a coach and his coach doesn't live the life or lifestyle that he wants to live, but this guy's leading him three years later, he's complaining about things that he knows the coach dealt with. And I asked him the other day, I said, so you asked for a result and got the result. and you're mad at it. That was a choice. And that was a decision. And here you are. And he's like, damn, they have to have exactly what you're looking for in their life. Like if somebody is phenomenally successful in finance and they're, they're teaching me something about finance, they're the person I'm looking for, for advice. If they're struggling financially, they sure as shit aren't going to speak into my life. How in the fuck am I supposed to learn how to make more money off of somebody who's making less money? I have a girlfriend. She's an MMA fighter. She's a, she's a, she's a lesbian. Her and her wife have a phenomenal relationship. I don't know if she's going to leave me finding a relationship with a phenomenal woman. So if I have a man who's a friend and he explains to me that he went through some similar difficulties, I think he's going to be able to hit it on the head. So make sure that your coach is where you want to be. Don't take advice from somebody because they read a damn book or got a certificate on the internet that gives them the qualifications to lead you. That's bullshit. I think that some of the greatest struggles today come out of a coaching session where somebody says, yeah, I think you should try that. Are you fucking kidding me? You give them a path, they choose it or not, period. If somebody isn't where you want to go, they cannot lead you where you want to be, period. People have coaches, people speak into their life that are not happy, that are not directed, that are not on purpose, they are not living a mission. What the fuck? So for me, I currently have a coach for the first time in 10 years, and this man speaks into my life in a very powerful way. He got a result I'm really looking for. I'm headed toward that result. The words he used were the words I wrote down 24 hours prior saying, this is what I'm looking for if somebody leads me or speaks into my life. 24 hours later, we're on the phone. It was 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. because he's out of Australia. That individual has something. that I'm looking for and he's ahead of me. And until the point where I collapse timeframes and surpass him, he will be the lead, period. So a coach is very important in people's lives as long as they have what you want. If somebody's, oh, my coach doesn't know, run. If somebody's with a coach who's in a relationship problem, run. If somebody's coach has been single for 11 years and they give you a relationship advice, run. What the fuck? Common fucking sense corner. Really? I love it. And when it comes to scams, when it comes to people trying to, you know, give us BS information, what's the biggest red flag that you feel that you've seen over and over in the last few years that people kind of give off when it's not somebody you should listen to? What's the biggest red flag of personal coaches? The people they spend time with. I have people that'll follow me into war. I have people that'll follow me into a storm. This storm is an exact example. I came down to the storm. I sent out 10 text messages, and eight people showed up in 24 hours. One owns a mortgage company and is successful out of the far side of Texas. One was running a furniture store out of Massachusetts, not Massachusetts, Maine. The other one is from Miami and runs a successful construction company. I have a friend. I mean, like, these people follow leadership. If nobody's following your guru, run. I don't want to be a guru. Don't ever follow me. Listen to what I say. Apply what works. Period. Do not follow people. I will wake up late. I will show up late. I will say the wrong thing. My heart's in the right place. My words may not always follow. You may be thinking something, distracted, whatever else. Today's world definitely delivers the opportunity for us to make mistakes, live in forgiveness, and follow the information. As you just said, live in forgiveness. What does the word forgiveness mean to you to let go of if I'm carrying a bunch of bullshit from when somebody made me upset or where I made something up around somebody's conversation that impacts me more than them. And if I take the time to let those things go and get to know that person at a heart and soul level, my gut intuition is that that'll be one of the most phenomenal connections and relationships in my life. If when I know that they used to smoke cigarettes or used to have a bad habit and every time I look at them, there's a little lens or a filter over, it prevents me from getting to know them. When I look at them brand new, every time I see them, I'm excited. And a lot of people don't show up to life or relationships, friendships or business opportunities like that. And it's tragic because everything you ever wanted is really close and it's usually just the other side of the filters and the lenses. And the judgment that we place on each other. Perceptions are a son of a bitch. God, yeah. Now, that's one thing I'm always talking about with myself and my students, perspectives and perceptions, right? Where you are and how you see things isn't always your fault. It's just where you are. It's placement, right? And how do you keep a positive perspective on a daily basis? The last few years have been up and down. The last few months have been some of the greatest trajectory of my life. How do I keep a positive perspective is I live in grace. I live in forgiveness. I live in abundance. On a bad day, I have a cell phone that can connect me to anybody I want to that's in my Rolodex. I have food in my fridge. I have a job and clients that pay me. I have a business that's thriving. I have three phenomenal children. I really don't have anything to... bitch or complain about. Therefore, my perspective is the fact that I'm giving energy and light to things that give me energy and light. What does the word integrity mean to you? When your feet and your words align. If somebody says they're going to do something, watch what they do. It is really heartbreaking, how we show up to this world at times, and, how often we are out of integrity, even with the little things. That's something that I'm pursuing on a very high level, right now. because, when people speak about me, I want that to be a word in the sentences they use. I agree. There's this idea that we get angry at people who are lazy or people who don't like to do things. don't want to work hard we've talked a lot about being self-improved bettering yourself uh and as i also mentioned before we have like this ability that sometimes people are maybe not mature yet they're here and then later they're going to be here right and so i desperately want people in the world to stop hating on people so much even when people suck because people have to suck and i need people to realize that's just part of life is actually the negative stuff kind of has to exist. because that's how people grow and so there needs to be this grace spot in the world there has to be a space for grace because otherwise we're expecting everybody to just grow up and be all positive and awesome which isn't possible it's just not it's not how human beings are formed right it's not how you were formed it's not how i was formed we formed ourselves through mistakes right and so i think this idea of allowing mistakes and uh you know of having a world where it's okay and actually inspiring to people to actually go out there and try hard. things and to fail is where we need to be and that's where people talk about evolving the human spirit so okay, Kind of in that mindset of things. I would reply to that. So prosecution and persecution are subjective to caring what other people think. When somebody's angry at you or talk shit at you, these people are not coming from above you. So the nosebleed or the back end of any experience is what's talking shit. Let it go. Ignore it. The next thing is, is when somebody's angry, like if I go out and kick your car and there's a dent, you're like, what the fuck? You're not actually angry. You're fearful of what it's going to cost and how many hours and how many podcasts and how much video production and how much work and how much tutoring that translates into dollars equals the repair. So fear, false evidence appearing real. What if I kicked it because there was a lethal, dangerous spider and I killed it and you didn't see why I was kicking it. Now your family's safer. So fear, false evidence appearing real. It's none of my fucking business with what other people think. When I'm doing things right, people will always hate and talk shit. Somebody will be like. Oh, you know, I knew Tim when he was fat. Great. Wonderful. I used to eat like shit. I'm eating better. I used to be unhealthy. I'm becoming healthier. I used to have poor nutrition. Now my nutrition is getting better. Oh, I saw Tim eating this the other day. Wonderful. I like enjoying my life. Fuck you. None of my fucking business. So when somebody is going through that place in life, shut off the noise. Somebody doesn't like you, good. If everybody likes you, you have a fucking problem. I don't want everybody to like me. I do not want everybody to like me ever. I want people to have a story. I'm doing stuff. If nobody has a story about you, question your life. Mic drop. Perfect. No, I like that response. And that's kind of what I was looking for. I wanted something in that area. So I'm glad we got to go there. Because that is something that everybody's struggling with is their own confidence, right? How's that? So let's jump into that real fast. Where does confidence come from for you? Doing it and doing it and doing it. it and doing it. There's a video by Art Williams called Just Do It. And there's a lot of times in life when you're like, oh, I used to do something. Great. Do it. One guy's like, oh, I was top in my company. Great. Do it. You're good at sales. Do it again. Do it again. Do it again. I dare you to do it again. Go after it over and over again, over and over and over again. When I taught knocking doors, my goal was not for somebody to get a sale. It was to get a hundred no's because with the law of averages, they're going. to get a yes. But if they, when they focus on a no, they're going to get to the other side of doing it and get a yes. So by getting them a hundred no's face to face with the customer at the door, they produce a yes. Exactly. There's no way to actually answer the rebuttal until you have actually gone through these experiences. You learn how to say what's on your heart when you're out there doing it. When you're sitting at home, not doing it. What's the best advice to get somebody to become. Simplify. If you have a lot going on, simplify. A lot of people get confused between motion and movement, busyness and productivity. Become productive, create movement. Motion does nobody any good. Let's do that one. Is yours? We either have people who are going through drug issues or mental issues, right? So when it comes to a world full of drug issues and mental health issues, how can we best take care of ourselves? The closest thing I've ever dealt with personally to a drug addiction is a food addiction where I would eat to soothe or calm. The pain, the potential pain of the future included in that has to be greater than the solution that the drug solves. So for me, continuing to eat and approaching and cracking 300 pounds was the pain that broke and allowed me to come back down to 240 as I sit here today and approach 200 as a goal. So the. Fear, the anger, the disruption, the embarrassment, the fact that as a reflection for myself, I was taking everybody's photo and rarely wanted to be in them. I am a happy individual. who at one point loved my life, and I'm returning there at the heart, soul, and core. And I had lost that. I'm really proud of where I'm at as a parent. This last summer, I went in and out of a hotel room, and my daughter went in and turned the heat up. And I said, what are you doing? And she just snaps at me and goes, leaving it better than I found it. There's times when we'll be cleaning up a hotel room or the camper or going somewhere, and they'll repeat that. That's something that I learned from Jim Rohn. That's something I've taught my children. As a parent, I strive for moments like that. My daughter said, question everything. I pushed it a little too far, so I was able to give her some grace in the middle. She's like, why, why? Tell me more. And I'd say that that's an area that I'm having a lot of gratitude and reflection on recently. And if you're going to say it, do it. That would be something that I would say. Go after it. Live your dream. Chase your life. Go after it. Show up for yourself. Stop it. afraid. Don't be afraid of anything. Worst case scenario is it's going to hurt and you're going. to get stronger. Exactly. And one thing I like to remind myself and try to remind other people, which is that the kind of fun thing for me, which is why I'm even active right now, is that I was being told that, hey, it's actually going to hurt worse if you don't do, what's in your mind. If you don't follow your dreams, if you don't do that you that's inside and allow it to become who it's supposed to be, it's going to be more regretful, right? Yeah. Yeah. And actually be more painful overall. So as difficult as it might seem, it's going to be easier than whatever pain could come otherwise. And that realization is something I'm just going. to trust and then try to reap the benefits of actually expressing it. So yeah, Tim, I wanted to say one more thing and my brain's going everywhere.
